Among the features that lend a truly unique feel to Ekebacken Conference Centre are the many examples of exquisite design.

From the very earliest days in the mid-60s there were ambitious plans about how the conference facility was to be built and furnished. Everything has been meticulously preserved in the very finest condition to create an environment in which timeless design is elegantly combined with more modern touches.

Most of the furnishings, fittings, equipment and textiles at Ekebacken have been specially designed by well known furniture manufacturers and artists. The works of Hans Wegner, HA Jakobsson and Bruno Matsson are particularly prominent. 

We hope and believe that this will contribute to creating a genuinely pleasant atmosphere in which to work and relax.
